Terms and Conditions

• Strictly Advance Payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• Seminar Fees will be automatically forfeited for confirmed participants who will not show up on the scheduled date of training.
• Changes and cancellation of participation at least one (1) week before the scheduled date of seminar.
• For Live-In Participants:
  • Strictly Advance Payment is required to confirm your hotel accommodation.
  • Minimum of two (2) participants/room.
  • If single participant attending the seminar and no available pair, additional P2,400 will be charge for single room occupancy.
  • If hotel venue is fully booked, we will arrange your accommodation to other hotel near the venue. Hotel rates may vary during peak seasons.
• AGIA has the right to cancel reservation of registered live-in or live-out participants if no guarantee letter or advance payment receive two (2) weeks before the scheduled seminar and automatically considered as CANCELLED.
