Seminar Fees will be automatically forfeited for confirmed participants who will not show up on the scheduled date of training.
Changes and cancellation of participation at least one (1) week before the scheduled date of seminar.
For Live-In Participants:
- Strictly Advance Payment is required to confirm your hotel accommodation.
- Minimum of two (2) participants/room.
- If single participant attending the seminar and no available pair, additional P2,400 will be charge for single room occupancy.
- If hotel venue is fully booked, we will arrange your accommodation to other hotel near the venue. Hotel rates may vary during peak seasons.
AGIA has the right to cancel reservation of registered live-in or live-out participants if no guarantee letter or advance payment receive two (2) weeks before the scheduled seminar and automatically considered as CANCELLED.
