Course Objective :

Satisfy the requirements under Rule III, Section 16 of 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184 – mandating the Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE) of capacitating its newly designated BAC members, Secretariat, TWG members and end-user units through training and seminars within six (6) months upon designation
Address questions pertaining procurement process/procedures, especially during the Planning stage where the PPMP and APP are prepared
Enables the end-user units in the effective and proper preparation of the PPMP, thereby facilitating the timely and appropriate preparation of the APP

For Live-In Participants:

- If single participant attending the seminar and no available pair, additional P2,400 will be charge for single room occupancy.
- If hotel venue is fully booked, we will arrange your accommodation to other hotel near the venue. Hotel rates may vary during peak seasons.
AGIA has the right to cancel reservation of registered live-in or live-out participants if no guarantee letter or advance payment receive two (2) weeks before the scheduled seminar and automatically considered as CANCELLED.
